List view
The list view is the calendar's spreadsheet-like twin. Same content — every epic, draft, scheduled post, and email — but in a table you can sort, filter, and scan quickly.
When to use it
Use the list view instead of the calendar when you want to:
- See a lot of items at once without scrolling through weeks
- Sort by status, channel, or date to find one specific item
- Review what's in draft and complete them in batch
- Check everything that failed in the last week
Columns
The list shows each epic with:
- Thumbnail — preview of the visual
- Title — the epic's name
- Category — the content type (Facebook/Instagram Post, Email, Blog, Product SEO - GEO, etc.)
- Date — when the epic was started / scheduled
- Due Date — when it must be published by
- Assignee — who owns this epic
- Reviewers — who needs to approve before publish (see Collaboration)
- Status — draft, scheduled, published, error, completed
Sorting and filtering
Click any column header to sort. Filter bar at the top lets you narrow by:
- Assignee — items you own, or a teammate's workload
- Latest Updated Date — recently changed items
- Status — see only drafts, scheduled, or published
- Category — focus on one content type
Filter state persists between visits, so you can set up a "what's in draft" filter once and come back to it anytime.
Switching between list and calendar
The list and calendar show the same data. Switch between them using the view toggle in the top bar — your filters carry over.
