Dashboard
The dashboard is your HQ in Glowtify. When you log in, this is where you land β a snapshot of your month's activity, a health check on your marketing performance, and the priorities Glowtify thinks you should tackle today.
Your Activityβ
The top block shows counters for the current month:
- Facebook / Instagram Posts published
- Emails sent
- Blog Published
- Product Optimized β products you've run through Product SEO / GEO this month
- Ads Published
At a glance you see whether your marketing is alive. Months with all zeros are a red flag; busy months are green.
Quick Createβ
A row of six shortcuts to start a new epic in one click. Each button opens the right editor pre-configured for the content type:
- New Campaign β Campaign Plan β create a new campaign
- Facebook / Instagram Post β Edit a social post (Meta)
- Product SEO - GEO β Edit a product SEO / GEO
- LinkedIn Post β Edit a social post (LinkedIn)
- Newsletter β Edit an email
- Blog Post β Edit a blog post
Use Quick Create when you know exactly what you want to produce. For discovery, use Inspiration instead.
Get Started with Glowtify β Setup checklistβ
New stores see a checklist of foundational actions. Tick them off as you go:
- Complete your Business DNA β the single most important setup step. Without a proper Business DNA, generated content is generic.
- Unlock growth with Google Analytics integration β connect Google Analytics to start getting revenue attribution and traffic context.
- Generate your first content β create your first epic to see the AI in action.
The checklist disappears once every item is complete β your dashboard simplifies as you progress.
Performanceβ
A composite view of your marketing health, with a Global Score out of 10 and sub-scores for each channel category:
- Global Score β weighted roll-up of the five sub-scores below
- Emails β based on campaign performance (open rate, click rate, revenue per email)
- Ads β based on ad performance (CTR, conversions, ROAS)
- SEO - GEO β based on your search and AI visibility
- Website β based on traffic, engagement, conversion data from Google Analytics
- Social β based on reach and engagement on connected social channels
Each score has a verdict label β "To improve", "Good", "Slight increase", etc. β and a progression chart showing the trend over the last few months.
Reading the scoresβ
Don't chase a 10/10 everywhere β most brands naturally concentrate effort on 2β3 channels and accept lower scores elsewhere. What matters is:
- Your P0 goals from Marketing Strategy β are the scores on those channels trending up?
- Red flags β a score dropping sharply from last month deserves a look
- Connect first, score second β a 0/10 often means the connector isn't set up, not that you're failing
"Connect Meta" / "Connect GA" type CTAs show up on the sub-scores when the underlying data source isn't hooked up.
Boost Your Online Sales with Today's Top Prioritiesβ
The action block. Glowtify ranks your most pressing content opportunities by priority (Highest Priority, High Priority, etc.) with a short Explanation of why each one matters today.
Each priority card has:
- The category β SEO - GEO, Email, Ad, Social, Blog, etc.
- The target β which specific product, collection, or theme it applies to
- An explanation β why Glowtify is surfacing this now
- A summary of what's included β e.g., "Includes: SEO - GEO (1)"
- Action buttons: Generate (start an epic from this priority), Dismiss (ignore), Resolve (mark as done outside Glowtify)
Priorities are computed from your Business DNA, Marketing Strategy, past performance, and current dashboard scores. Fresh priorities appear daily.
Notificationsβ
Notifications surface in-line on the dashboard when something needs your attention β a failed publication, an expiring token, a pending approval. The full notifications center is one click away via the bell icon.
If you manage multiple storesβ
The dashboard is scoped to the current store. Switch stores using the picker in the top-left. For a cross-store view, use the Command Center.
Tipsβ
Check the dashboard every morning. Between Your Activity, the Performance scores, and Today's Top Priorities, you have a complete picture of where your marketing stands in under 30 seconds.
If the AI suggestions feel off, the root cause is upstream. Refresh your Business DNA or Marketing Strategy and the suggestions improve on the next cycle.
