Command Center

The Command Center is Glowtify's cross-store cockpit. If you manage several workspaces (multi-brand, agency, franchise), this is the single view where you see everything at once — without switching back and forth.

What you see here​

  • Everything scheduled today, this week, this month — across every workspace you have access to
  • Publication errors — anything that failed recently, grouped by store
  • Tokens and connectors expiring soon — across all workspaces
  • Pending approvals — items waiting on your review, any store
  • Performance snapshot — cross-store KPIs on one screen

Filtering​

  • By store — pick which stores to include in the view
  • By status — show only errors, only pending, only scheduled
  • By channel — only see Instagram, only see emails

Taking action without switching​

Click into any item — an epic, a connector error, an approval — and Glowtify jumps you into that workspace with the right page open. When you're done, come back to the Command Center and the view is up to date.

Who sees the Command Center​

The Command Center is available to users with access to two or more stores. With a single store, the regular Dashboard gives you everything you need.
