"I have a paid account but I keep being asked to pick a plan"
You logged in, you're on a paid plan, and yet Glowtify keeps pushing you to the pricing page like you're a new user. Annoying. Here's what's happening and how to fix it.
What causes this
Usually one of four things:
1. You're logged into a store that has no subscription
The most common cause. Your user has access to multiple stores, and you've landed on one that isn't on a paid plan yet. Each store has its own subscription in Glowtify.
Fix: use the store picker (top-left) to switch to your paid store. Or go to the Pricing page and subscribe the current store if that's what you meant.
2. A payment failed and the subscription was suspended
If your card failed and the retry logic exhausted, Glowtify downgrades the store to free and asks you to pick a plan.
Fix: go to Account settings → Billing, update the payment method, and re-subscribe.
3. You got auto-logged into the wrong account
This happens when you have multiple Google/Meta accounts in your browser. You logged in with a secondary account that doesn't have Glowtify access.
Fix: log out, log back in with the right email.
4. A bug (rare)
In rare cases a mismatch between your session and the store's subscription state triggers this wrongly. If none of the above apply:
- Hard-refresh the page (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R)
- Log out and log back in
- If still stuck, contact support — we'll check your account server-side
Preventing the confusion
If you manage several stores and often run into this, two things help:
- Name your stores clearly — so the store picker makes the current store obvious
- Use the Command Center — it shows subscription status across all your stores at a glance
