Account settings

Your account settings control your personal profile, your security, your notifications, and your billing. Workspace-level settings (branding, members, connectors) are separate — see Manage workspaces.

Profile

  • Name — Shown to your teammates and in activity logs
  • Email — Used for login and account-related notifications
  • Language — The language of the app UI (browser language is used as default)
  • Timezone — Used for scheduling, reporting, and timestamps across the app

Changing your email requires verifying the new address.

Security

  • Password — Change your password anytime
  • Active sessions — See where you're logged in; sign out of any session remotely
  • Two-factor authentication — Add an extra layer of protection at login (recommended)

Notifications

Configure what you get notified about, and where:

  • In-app — Shown in the notification bell at the top of the app
  • Email — Sent to your account email
  • Slack — If your team has connected Slack for notifications

Common notifications: publication failures, token expirations, pending approvals, teammate mentions in comments.

Billing

  • View your current plan
  • See recent invoices and download receipts
  • Update your payment method
  • Change plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • Cancel your subscription

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, contact support@glowtify.com. If you're the sole admin of a store, you'll need to transfer admin rights or delete the store first.
