Is the price per store or for all my stores?
Each store has its own subscription. If you manage three brands (= three stores), you have three subscriptions. This is how Glowtify stays clean — each store has its own connectors, its own team access, its own billing.
If you're an agency managing many stores, volume discounts are available — reach out to support.
Does Shopify count as a connector toward my plan limit?
Yes. Shopify is a connector like any other. Data-only connectors (Shopify data, Google Analytics, Canva) count toward the "connectors included" limit just like publication connectors.
What happens if I exceed a limit on my plan?
Depends on the limit:
- Too many connectors: you can't add a new one without disconnecting an existing one, or upgrading
- Too many epics per month: new epics can't be created until next billing cycle, or upgrade
- Too many team seats: can't invite more members without freeing a seat or upgrading
Limits don't retroactively break anything — existing connectors/epics/members keep working. Only new additions are blocked.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, Glowtify asks you to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect (disconnect connectors, remove team members, etc.).
How do I cancel?
See Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then, no partial refund.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. See the Pricing page for current trial terms. At the end of the trial, you pick a plan — or the store is downgraded to free (with limited features).
I'm billed in USD but my currency is different — is there a discount for paying annually?
Annual plans get a discount (typically 15–20%) vs monthly. Exact discount depends on the plan. Check the Pricing page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For annual billing on enterprise plans, invoice + wire transfer available — contact support.
Can I get an invoice for my accounting?
Yes, all invoices are downloadable from Account settings → Billing.
Does my subscription include ad spend?
No. Glowtify charges for the platform — the money you spend on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email sends on Klaviyo/Mailchimp/etc. is billed directly by those platforms.
What if I need something that's not in any plan?
Contact us — we can often work something out, especially for agencies, multi-brand operators, or specific feature requests.
