CyberImpact
CyberImpact is a Canadian email platform with strong bilingual (French / English) support. If your audience is mostly in Quebec or Canada, this connector is usually the best fit.
Prerequisites
- A CyberImpact account with at least one active mailing group
- A CyberImpact API key (generated from your CyberImpact dashboard)
- A verified sender in your CyberImpact account
Connecting CyberImpact
- In CyberImpact → Settings → API, generate an API key
- On the Glowtify Connectors page, click Connect CyberImpact
- Paste the API key
- We verify the key and confirm the connection
How publication works (real scheduling)
CyberImpact uses real scheduling. When you publish an email epic:
- Glowtify sends the mailing to CyberImpact with
sendAt+timezone - CyberImpact handles the send at that time, in your chosen language (fr_ca or en_ca)
Cancellation: Glowtify calls CyberImpact's cancel endpoint from the epic page.
Bilingual considerations
CyberImpact is designed for French / English bilingual campaigns, and Glowtify respects that. In the email editor:
- Pick the language of the mailing (fr / en)
- Segmentation by language usually lives in your CyberImpact group setup
Common issues
"API key invalid"
Wrong key, or revoked. Regenerate in CyberImpact and reconnect.
"Send date in the past"
CyberImpact (like every email platform) won't accept backdated schedules. Pick a future time.
"Sender not verified"
Your sender address isn't confirmed in CyberImpact. Check your sender settings in the CyberImpact dashboard.
Disconnecting
From the CyberImpact connector card → menu → Disconnect. Already-scheduled mailings stay with CyberImpact — they'll still send.
