Install the Glowtify mobile app

Moments start on the phone. Anyone on the team who might capture a Moment — the founder, the sales lead who's at a tradeshow, the product manager visiting a partner — needs the mobile app.

The app is free. It's linked to the same Glowtify account you use on desktop.

First-time setup​

  1. Install the app from the store.
  2. Open it and log in with the same email + password you use for app.glowtify.com.
  3. Pick the Workspace — if you belong to several Workspaces (an agency case, or a personal + brand split), the app asks which one to point at. Moments captured on the phone land in that Workspace only.
  4. Grant camera and photo library access — the app asks for these permissions on the first capture. Say yes. Without them, capture is limited to text and voice.
  5. Grant notification access — this is how team members are pinged when a Moment is saved or when someone requests a Moment from them. Strongly recommended.

Switching Workspaces on mobile​

The app remembers the Workspace you picked, but you can switch. Open the app menu (the profile icon), tap the Workspace name, and pick a different one. Moments you capture from that point on land in the new Workspace.

If somebody's phone doesn't have the app​

They can still be assigned Moments and receive requests — but they'll get the notifications by email only, with a link that opens the Moment in a web view. To actually capture a Moment, they need the app.
