In-app chat​

The quickest way to get a response is the chat bubble in the bottom-right of the app. It goes directly to our support team.

What to include​

To help us help you fast:

  • A short description of what you were trying to do
  • What you saw happen instead
  • Any error message (screenshot is perfect)
  • The URL or store name so we can look at your account
  • What you already tried

Send it all in the first message β€” it saves a back-and-forth.

Critical issues​

If a scheduled publication is minutes away from going out and something's broken, mention it clearly and we'll prioritize. Same for billing issues that block your account.

What we can't do​

  • Publish content on a platform where you've lost admin access (you have to sort that out on the platform)
  • Recover deleted content from a connected platform (once it's gone on Meta / Mailchimp / etc., it's gone)
  • Access data older than your plan's retention window
