Common Issues

My campaign isn't sending

Check the following:

  • The campaign status is set to Active (not Paused or Draft)
  • Your store is connected and syncing correctly
  • Your sender email domain is verified under Settings → Sender Domains

My store isn't syncing

  1. Go to Settings → Stores
  2. Click Sync now to trigger a manual sync
  3. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the store

I can't log in

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address
  • Try resetting your password via the Forgot password link on the login page
  • If you use SSO (Google), make sure you're signed into the correct Google account

My analytics look wrong

Analytics are updated hourly. If you're looking at very recent data, wait a few minutes and refresh.

If data looks incorrect for a longer time period, contact support.
