Common Issues
My campaign isn't sending
Check the following:
- The campaign status is set to Active (not Paused or Draft)
- Your store is connected and syncing correctly
- Your sender email domain is verified under Settings → Sender Domains
My store isn't syncing
- Go to Settings → Stores
- Click Sync now to trigger a manual sync
- If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the store
I can't log in
- Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password via the Forgot password link on the login page
- If you use SSO (Google), make sure you're signed into the correct Google account
My analytics look wrong
Analytics are updated hourly. If you're looking at very recent data, wait a few minutes and refresh.
If data looks incorrect for a longer time period, contact support.
