Common issues

My scheduled post didn't publishβ
See Publication errors. Most of the time it's an expired token β reconnect the affected connector.
I can't connect a channelβ
See Connection failed. Usually a permissions or admin-role issue on the platform side.
I keep being asked to pick a plan even though I'm paidβ
See Plan prompt bug. Usually because you're on a different store than the paid one, or a payment failed.
My analytics look wrongβ
Glowtify shows exactly what the platforms return. Platforms have their own processing delays (up to 24β48h for GA, a few hours for social insights). If the numbers are still off after a day, contact support.
I can't log inβ
- Double-check the email address
- Reset the password via Forgot password on the login page
- If you use Google SSO, make sure you're on the right Google account in your browser
- Clear cookies for app.glowtify.com if things are stuck
The AI generations don't sound like my brandβ
Fix is upstream in Business DNA, not in the epic. Adjust your tone, voice, and example content there, then regenerate.
My epic is stuck in "draft" and won't moveβ
Every required task in the epic must be approved before the epic itself can be scheduled. Check each task β one is probably missing approval.
A scheduled email didn't go outβ
Email uses real scheduling β the send is handled by Mailchimp / Klaviyo / CyberImpact, not by Glowtify. Check the campaign status inside the email platform's dashboard. If it's blocked there, the fix is on that side.
