Workspace manager

The Workspace manager is the administrative cockpit of a single workspace β€” where admins configure who has access, what defaults apply, and how the workspace connects to everything else. Only users with the admin role on a workspace see this page.

Team and roles​

Manage who has access to this workspace:

  • Invite new members by email
  • Change roles β€” admin, editor, viewer (or custom roles if your plan supports them)
  • Remove members

Workspace identity​

  • Workspace name and logo
  • Default language
  • Default timezone (used for scheduling)
  • Default currency (used for reporting)

These defaults are applied everywhere β€” calendar, analytics, content generation β€” unless overridden on a specific epic.

Business DNA shortcuts​

Quick access to update the workspace's Business DNA and Marketing Strategy. Changes here affect every new piece of content from that point forward.

Connectors health​

Summary of every connector attached to this workspace:

  • Status (connected, expired, error)
  • Last sync / last publication date
  • Quick reconnect for expired sessions

Danger zone​

  • Transfer admin β€” pass sole-admin rights to another member before leaving
  • Delete workspace β€” permanent deletion of the workspace and everything in it (content, connectors, analytics, team access)

Deletion requires a confirmation and is irreversible.
