Manage workspaces

In Glowtify, each brand or business unit is a workspace. Most teams manage a single workspace. Agencies, franchises, or multi-brand companies often manage several.

Viewing your workspaces​

The workspaces page lists every workspace you have access to, with your role for each (admin, editor, viewer, etc.). Click a workspace to switch into it β€” the app updates to show that workspace's data, connectors, and team.

Switching between workspaces​

The workspace picker in the top-left of the app lets you switch at any time without leaving your current page. Your position (calendar, epic editor, etc.) is preserved where possible.

Adding a new workspace​

  1. From the workspaces page, click Add a workspace
  2. Follow the New workspace flow to set it up

A new workspace is independent β€” it has its own Business DNA, its own connectors, its own team, and its own billing.

Leaving a workspace​

If you want to remove yourself from a workspace you have access to, click the three-dot menu on the workspace card and select Leave. This removes your personal access; the workspace continues to exist for other members.

Deleting a workspace​

Only an admin can delete a workspace, and only from the workspace's Workspace manager page. Deletion is permanent β€” all content, connectors, and analytics are removed.
