Pricing & plans

The Pricing page shows the plans available to your store, your current plan, and lets you upgrade, downgrade, or change billing details.

What's in a plan

Plans vary, but the typical dimensions are:

  • Number of connectors included
  • Number of epics / month you can publish
  • Number of stores covered
  • Team seats
  • Access to advanced features (Command Center, custom roles, API access, advanced analytics)

Upgrading

  1. Compare plans on the Pricing page
  2. Click Choose plan on the one you want
  3. Confirm payment details

Upgrades are pro-rated — you pay only for the portion of the billing period you're on the new plan. New limits (more connectors, more epics) kick in immediately.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current features until then. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., you have more connectors than the new plan allows), Glowtify will ask you to disconnect the extras before confirming the downgrade.

Canceling

To cancel, see Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no refund for the unused time, but you keep access until then.
