Workspace manager

The Workspace manager is the administrative cockpit of a single workspace — where admins configure who has access, what defaults apply, and how the workspace connects to everything else. Only users with the admin role on a workspace see this page.

Team and roles​

Manage who has access to this workspace:

  • Invite new members by email
  • Change roles — pick between Admin and Client (the only two roles Glowtify exposes today)
  • Remove members

Workspace identity​

  • Workspace name and logo
  • Default currency (used for reporting)

The Glowtify app interface is English only for now (the content you produce with it can be in any language — your Business DNA drives that), and scheduling uses your browser's timezone at the time you schedule. There's no workspace-level language or timezone setting because there's nothing to choose.

Business DNA shortcuts​

Quick access to update the workspace's Business DNA and Marketing Strategy. Changes here affect every new piece of content from that point forward.

Connectors health​

Summary of every connector attached to this workspace:

  • Status (connected, expired, error)
  • Last sync / last publication date
  • Quick reconnect for expired sessions

Danger zone​

  • Transfer admin — pass sole-admin rights to another member before leaving
  • Delete workspace — permanent deletion of the workspace and everything in it (content, connectors, analytics, team access). This is also accessible from the multi-workspace dashboard at app.glowtify.com/workspaces — see Deleting a workspace.

Deletion requires a confirmation and is irreversible.
