Templates
Templates are reusable skeletons for your content — a pre-formatted email, a social post layout matched to your brand, a homepage banner with your visual identity already in place. When an epic uses a template, the AI fills the content; the structure and visuals are ready.
Templates is currently in beta. Check back regularly — new template types and features ship often.
Why templates exist
Two reasons:
- Speed — you don't rebuild a layout every time
- Consistency — your emails look like your emails, your social sets feel unified across formats
Three types of templates
Email Templates
Single-file email skeletons — header, body blocks, footer, sender settings. Available when creating a campaign or individual email epic.
Common email template types in Glowtify stores:
- Newsletter
- Email Sequence Announcement
- Email Sequence Pre-Announcement
- Email Sequence Last Chance
- Email Sequence Reminder
- Custom one-offs
Click Create to start a new email template from scratch, or Select email type inside an existing template to label it for a specific sequence step.
Social Media Templates Sets
This is the distinctive format in Glowtify. A Set is a single design concept declined across multiple sizes — typically 8 or 10 sizes covering:
- Instagram feed (square, portrait)
- Instagram story (9:16)
- Facebook feed
- LinkedIn post
- TikTok (9:16)
- Pinterest (2:3)
- Email header
- Website banner
When you generate a social post that uses a Set, Glowtify picks the right size for the target channel automatically. One Set = one look, many formats.
Sets also adapt to your Business DNA — the colors, fonts, and layout anchors come from your brand identity, not from a generic Canva template.
Home Banner Templates
Homepage banner skeletons for Shopify themes. When you run an Edit a home banner epic, you can base it on one of these templates to keep visual consistency between campaigns.
No blog templates in Glowtify today. Blog articles are fully AI-generated against your Business DNA and SEO / GEO intelligence — no template needed.
Default templates per store
Each store can designate a default template per format. When you create a new epic, Glowtify uses the default automatically — you can always override.
Creating a template
From the page, click Create in any of the three sections. You start from scratch or duplicate an existing template as a base. Name it, tweak the layout, save.
Sharing templates across stores
If you manage multiple stores with overlapping visual systems (franchise, multi-brand parent, agency with shared templates across clients), templates can be scoped per store or shared at the account level. Ask support if you need shared templates — it's configurable.
