Campaigns are the core of Glowtify. They let you reach your customers with the right message, at the right time.

Campaign types

Type	Description
Email	Send branded emails to your customer list
SMS	Short, direct messages for time-sensitive offers
Loyalty	Reward your best customers with points or perks

Campaign lifecycle

1. Draft — Campaign is being created, not yet sent
2. Scheduled — Campaign is set to send at a future date
3. Active — Campaign is currently sending
4. Completed — Campaign has finished sending
5. Paused — Campaign was manually paused
