Create a Campaign

How to create a campaign​

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left sidebar
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Select a campaign type
  4. Configure your audience, content, and schedule
  5. Click Launch or Save as Draft

Audience targeting​

You can target:

  • All customers in your store
  • Segments based on purchase history, location, or custom tags

Scheduling​

  • Send now — Campaign goes out immediately after launch
  • Schedule for later — Pick a specific date and time
tip

Schedule campaigns for when your audience is most active. For most beauty & wellness brands, Tuesday–Thursday mornings tend to perform best.
