Manage Stores

Connect a store​

  1. Go to Settings → Stores
  2. Click Connect a store
  3. Select your e-commerce platform
  4. Authorize the connection

Disconnect a store​

To disconnect a store, go to Settings → Stores, click the store you want to remove, and select Disconnect.

warning

Disconnecting a store will stop syncing customer and order data. Your existing campaigns and historical data will remain accessible.

Store data sync​

Glowtify syncs data from your store automatically. Syncs happen every hour. You can trigger a manual sync from Settings → Stores → Sync now.
